Hazel Dolby
 Calligrapher
Hazel began her training
at Camberwell Art College. She taught Art for a number of years in a Secondary
School and a Sixth Form College, before going to Roehampton Institute
to study Calligraphy with Ann Camp from 1986 – 1991. She is a Fellow
of the Society of Scribes & Illuminators.
At present, Hazel
is a visiting Lecturer at Frobel College, Roehampton Institute, teaching
drawn and painted lettering. She also teaches occasional workshops in
Europe and the USA. She works mainly for exhibitions and commissions and
has recently exhibited at The British Library, Crafts Council Gallery
and Contemporary Applied Arts.
Hazel lives in Hampshire,
England.
